In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we found that people across the nation were looking for guidance on how to use Zoom. They were searching for everything about Zoom - from downloading to changing backgrounds to connecting with friends, family, co-workers, and peers. This 15-sequence course was designed, produced, edited, and marketed by me and two colleagues at wikiHow.
